Some activities that exchange infected body fluids are: Unprotected Sexual ContactHIV can be spread sexually from people of either gender: male to female, female to male, male to male, and female to female. When the infected person has sexual intercourse with an uninfected partner, HIV is usually passed through the possible liquids listed above. Unprotected sexual contact includes anything related to the anus, vagina, penis, or even mouth (oral sex). Unprotected sexual contact is when the male does not wear a condom.
